⁠Humo is a fine-dining restaurant at Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in San José del Cabo (Los Cabos), Mexico.

Humo combines ancient fire-based cooking with modern technique. It uses methods like ember cooking, ash roasting, and wood-fired ovens to highlight fire’s transformative nature. The result is smoky, earthy, vibrant flavors rooted in both tradition and place.
